Free Computer Laptop Assessment: When you bring in your computer for the free assessment, we can in many cases let you know how much it might cost to repair your problem if it is obvious, or we can give you a cost range. We do a lot of repairs, and will have a good idea what almost all repairs may, or will most likely cost to complete. We will let you know at check in what we think the cost for repair will be, and have you authorize an amount for the repair you are comfortable with. If it turns out the repair costs more, we will call and ask for further authorization.

Computer Testing: In some cases at check in we truly don’t know what the problem is, or what repair might cost. We have the customer check in their machine, and we will do the testing, and call with what we find, and then have the customer let us know what they would like us to do. Maybe the computer has a bad hard drive, motherboard, video card, ram, or software problems. We will do the testing and contact the customer with the results. Our techs will do all we can to repair your computer for a fair price.
