Express Service: When a customer chooses Express Service they have top priority. We begin their diagnostics, or their repair immediately. They don’t have to wait in our repair que. Our technicians do all we can to repair their problem laptop or computer quickly. This means they have priority in all things related to their repair.

Battery Replacement With Express: A lot of laptops need their batteries replaced every few years. With our Express Repair Service a customer can bring in their laptop that most likely needs a new battery. We check the laptop, and inspect the battery. We then reassemble the laptop so the customer can take it with them, and use it until the replacement battery arrives. When we get the battery, we contact the customer, and they can bring the laptop back. We install the battery while they wait or stay in the area.

Extra Love With Express: Many computer repairs are complicated. Some repairs may involve installation of multiple parts, or solving more than one problem. We keep in mind the fact that our customer needs to use their laptop we are repairing. In many cases we make the laptop functional in some way so the customer can use it, and they can take it home. When the additional parts they need arrive they can bring the laptop back so it can be repaired completely. We use our creativity to figure a way for the customer to get a usable laptop until we can fix it completely.

Free Express With Laptop Or Computer Purchase: Quite often a customer will bring in a laptop or computer that does not work. Repairing their problem machine may not make sense, so the customer will purchase a new laptop or computer, but they need their data. The customer can leave their old computer for us to back up their data. When they purchase a laptop or computer they get free express on their data backup. We can usually copy data from your old computer to your new one in 24 hours, or less.
