If a problem can not be determined during our free assessment a customer can choose to check the laptop in for repair or diagnostics for a $59 fee. We also offer express service for an additional $40 fee, and we will begin attempting repairs immediately. Once again all of the options will be explained at check in. This way a customer can understand what our technicians may be facing when it comes to repairing their computer.
Free Laptop Charger Testing
Bring In Your Laptop’s Charge For Testing: One of the most common problems our customers face is their laptop is simply not turning on. They can have a defective charger in many cases. Other times the laptop can simply be in deeeep sleep, and they can’t wake it up, or turn it on. This problem is quite common actually. If you think your laptop’s charger may be bad we will check it at no charge during our free computer assessment. We test customer’s laptop chargers for free, and are happy to do it. Sometime the problem may even be the cord from the wall to the charger, and we give these away for free.
